Hardy Noces d'Or Sublime

Description

A blend of 50 year old eaux-de-vie sublimated in a unique decanter. It is a cognac of assembly of very old cognacs coming all from Grande Champagne, classified Premier Cru of the delimited region of Cognac. The dress is deep amber The nose, like the mouth, reveals beautiful fragrances of white flowers and freshly cut hay, intimately and finely blended with spice flavors (gray and black pepper). The finish is particularly long with a final touch of Ethiopian and Brazilian coffee. To be enjoyed on cakes or dark chocolate ice cream, on a Basque cake or on a frangipane.
