Delamain Pléiade Révélation Malaville

Description

From the Malaville vineyard in Bellevigne, in the heart of the Grande Champagne region. It is a blended cognac coming exclusively from a vineyard located in the Grande Champagne de Cognac, the Premier Cru. It took several decades for this cognac to reach this level of quality. The robe is light amber with some golden reflections. Nose and mouth are in perfect harmony with touches of white flowers like spring hawthorn or osmanthus or lime blossom. In the second attack come more structured perfumes like musk, Virginia tobacco or Cordovan leather. The final is powerful on fine points of coffee, mocha to finish on chocolates. Perfect at the end of a meal on chocolate cakes, Norwegian chocolate ice cream or tarte tatin.
