Duval-Leroy Rosé Prestige

Description

A prestige vintage of a gourmand and structured champagne rosé. The color is salmon. The nose exhales a fascinating kaleidoscope of fragrances including wild cherry, black cherry from itxasou in the Basque country, burlat with hints of strawberry called mara des bois, gariguette, blueberry among the most expressive. The mouth reveals the power of the nose. To be served between 8 and 10°C in a tulip glass in order to gather the numerous fragrances on the corolla of the glass. To be enjoyed with sea bass fillets, turbot or cod grilled a la plancha and flavored with black pepper and Espelette pepper. Very good also on white meats or game birds.
