A parcel of land facing east and planted with Chardonnay. The cuvée is vintage each year and half of it is vinified in oak barrels. The dress is glittering gold In the nose as well as in the mouth: beautiful harmony between woody notes and mineral purity. Dense, complex and silky texture To be served around 10°C so as not to erase the delicate scent of vine flowers. Will go very well as an aperitif with smoked fish rolls such as salmon or wild trout. Will be perfect with shellfish or with fish in thebutterwhite.
