A champagne made from a blend of 6 villages all classified as Grands Crus. On the nose: fragrances of white flowers such as acacia or apple tree, tangerine, Corsican clementine and almonds from Provence. The mouth is silky with a slight chalky touch. Very nice expressions of citrus fruits like Menton lemon or Crete apricot. To be served around 10°C with tapas of shrimps with Espelette pepper, scampi or lobsters flavoured with grey or black pepper.
