Deau 1978

Description

A Grande Champagne cognac from the 1978 harvests. Pale gold color evocative of the harbingers of autumn. On the nose we find the sweetness of chestnut flour and hazelnut powder which quickly gives way to candied citron peel, dried apricots, large Medjool dates and liquorice powder. Round, seductive and long palate.
