It is an extra-dry rosé champagne of blending composed of 60% Chardonnay grape and 40% Pinot Noir grape including 7% red wine from the previous year and Pinot Noir grape, from the villages of Bouzy, Avize. , Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Ambonnay and Cumières. The dress is partridge eye, elegant cord of fine bubbles. On the nose and on the palate: notes of intense red fruits which reveal aromas of quince, blood orange and verbena during the tasting. The palate is very balanced, dominated by wild strawberries, raspberries, with touches of pink Florida grapefruit and lemon from Menton. Food / wine pairing: this vintage will go perfectly with desserts such as fruit tarts, raspberry or mocha macaroons, pink grapefruit soufflé.
