Description

A natural brut champagne with 0 dosage presented in a metal case. With a general dynamic framework oriented on fresh white fruits, they reveal the magnificent palette of the terroir: notes of spices, juicy pear, crunchy apple, clementine or even warm fruits. Carried by the freshness and the elegance, this champagne Grand Cru, the assembly is constituted of 75 % of black Pinot and 25 % of Chardonnay, reveals in a subtle way all the nuances and the density of the places-dits. More than 6 years spent in the quietness of the cellars of Mailly allowed to bring unctuousness to the material of the Pinot Noir and thus to adjust it, with precision, to the tonic impulse of the vintage. Exclusively in metal box, creation of the Multimedia Artist Charles Neubach. Limited edition of 17 950 bottles, all numbered.
