This note is the very essence of the vineyard and its chardonnays that grow on pure chalk soil. A high quality blend of white Chardonnay exclusively from the vineyards of Mesnil-sur-Oger, Oger, Avize, Cramant. To the eye : fine gold color. To the nose: a lot of floral scents of citrus fruits with a touch of ginger. In the mouth: reveals biscuity and fresh bread crust finishes.
