Description

Emblematic of the Chablis appellation, Domaine William Fèvre is renowned for its Chardonnay Premiers and Grands Crus. The shape of the terroir on which the vines are found evokes that of a small valley, hence the name "Valmur". On the nose, the bouquet is charming with surprising fruitiness and a good mineral presence. As for the palate, it's powerful and strongly constituted, lacking neither elegance nor roundness.
