A cognac exclusively from Grande Champagne and from the Vieilles Réserves. "Surprisingly fresh" does not show any aggressiveness on the palate despite its high alcohol content, 47% volume, a privilege resulting from a very long aging in oak barrels and a slow evaporation and oxidation in optimal conditions.
