On the nose, the bouquet diffuses attractive, seductive and charming essences of raspberries and Morello cherries. The mouth, lively and expressive at the attack, gives way to a fruity and greedy harmony. This wine expresses all its grace by its simplicity and its balance. A delicate blend of Pinot Noir dominated by a majority of Chardonnay from Chouilly, this cuvée offers a charming flavor. 92% Chardonnay - 8% Pinot Noir Perfect as an aperitif, this wine also goes very well with fruit or a chocolate mellow or a tiramisu.
