A rich and elegant Rosé revealing all the power of the Pinot Noir of Bouzy. The Grand Rosé, rich and tasty, reveals all in elegance the vinosity of its Pinots Noirs. Soft pink color, abundant and fine bubbles. Nose: red fruits, dominated by wild strawberries and cherries, peppery note typical of Pinot Noir. Taste : in agreement with the nose, notes of strawberries and raspberries, evolving towards notes of fresh pastries, final of candied cherries. Food and wine pairing : Red meat, Roast beef with foie gras, Tarte Tatin.
