Description

A blend of 7 to 14 year old eaux-de-vie exclusively Premier Cru. It is a Grande Champagne Premier Cru Cognac exclusively. This Cognac is a blend of 7 to 14 year old eaux-de-vie aged first in new Limousin oak barrels for 3 years and then in older barrels. The color is golden with bronze reflections. Nose : Beautiful floral notes with hints of citrus, lime, dried flowers on a final touch of apricot. In the mouth: very long with some fine touches of licorice and spices. Would be perfect neat on a cube of ice or at the end of a dinner as a digestif.
