A Cognac from the oldest reserves of the Normandin-Mercier House. It is a Cognac made from a blend of very old Cognac eaux-de-vie coming exclusively from the Premier Cru Classé of the Cognac region: the Grande Champagne. It is a Grande Champagne cognac exclusively aged in red and very old barrels. To the eye: mahogany color of Cuba with purple coppery reflections. Nose: The dominant is fruity: candied fruits and dried fruits followed by floral touches (roses), chocolate and roasted coffee, undergrowth and spices such as cinnamon, vanilla, saffron, licorice. In the mouth, we find the expressions of the nose with a very beautiful length. Will go perfectly well with a cigar of your choice with a renowned ring such as a Cohiba or a Monte Cristo to keep the party going.
