Dudognon Folle Blanche

Description

A Cognac distilled from the Folle Blanche grape variety only. It is a cognac of great champagne, classified Premier Cru, a remarkable terroir for its white limestone soils conducive to the birth of exceptional wines for a double toast distillation optimal. A small part of the vineyard is planted with the Folle Blanche grape variety, which was abandoned during the Phylloxera crisis but was recently reintroduced. This variety has the particularity to give very flowery and airy cognacs with fine flavors of candied fruits such as plum.d'Enteor the mirabelle plumof Alsace. Very long finish with cinnamon and nutmeg. To be enjoyed neat or with aschweppesplain or flavored with citrus fruits orstillon ice cubes.
