Blanking off your EGR valve, or, in other words, deleting it, has many pros and Forge has just the kit to do it.Reduces engine temperatureAffordable modIncreases engine efficiencyEGR valves can allow exhaust gasses to mix back in with the intake air to help reduce the volumes of nitrous oxide coming out of the exhaust, however obviously comes with its problems, most of which affect the engine performance.This blanking plate will prevent the EGR valve from being able to reinject exhaust gasses into the intake, therefore offering a whole world of benefits such as improved engine efficiency, improved fuel efficiency, increased horsepower, reduced soot from the exhaust, prevention of degradation of your DPF and a whole load more.Note: EGR blanking plates will cause an engine management light to illuminate. You will need a remap to remove this.
