Joe Gibbs HR-3 is a synthetic 15W50 oil which is suitable for older style pushrod (OHV) engines and has been developed to provide increased protection for camshafts. The synthetic formula provides a higher level of protection on start up compared to mineral oils. HR-3 also includes additives which protect against rust and corrosion even when the engine isn't running.
