The Bengio Bumper Plus karting rib protector has been designed to provide increased comfort and safety to the spinal column and less stress to the neck. The outer shell is made from a triple layer of fibreglass with an anti-splintering system that will guarantee a high resilience and absorption of low frequency vibrations and impacts.The back of the rib protector is covered with a soft perforated 5mm padding for added comfortHandcrafted side protector made with high quality materials for maximum protectionExtended ergonomic fully adjustable design with double ring fastener and high performance Velcro strapsThe Bumper Plus rib protector has a soft internal 8mm thick foam padding that gives comfort and also protects the driver from high frequency vibrations transmitted from the seat. Manufactured from multi layers of fibreglass which are dipped in a special resin putty. The result is a stiff, reactive and resilient material which prevents splintering and has high puncture resistance.
