Description
The C12 PW8 Shoe The C12 Pro Full Carbon PW8 is the first shoe on the market equipped with a sole specifically designed for the PW8 concept. It incorporates the major strengths of the 3-point version, combining the highest level of performance and comfort in our range. [Sold without pedals - Only compatible with the PW8 concept] The PW8 Concept: Revolutionary For 40 years, since the introduction of clipless pedals, cycling had not seen any real innovation. Patented, the pedal/shoe PW8 concept was developed over 4 years with one goal: to offer a new concept, more efficient, lighter, more aerodynamic, easier to use, and more aesthetically pleasing. These performance gains are achieved thanks to the minimized axis/sole proximity of 8 mm coupled with an unparalleled contact surface of 1500 mm². 4 Angular Freedoms: 0°, 1.5°, 3°, 6° This performance enhancement is accompanied by a customizable comfort, thanks to a choice of four angular freedoms (0°, 1.5°, 3°, and 6°), allowing each cyclist to maintain the best pedaling alignment. PW8, a Brand The two letters PW refer to the major gain provided by the concept, namely power (= POWER). The number 8 indicates the distance in mm axis/sole (stack height). The shape of the "8" also abstractly suggests the potentially infinite power generated by PW8. Ekoï is the first brand to develop a sole specifically designed for PW8.
